Road tests occur when safe, legal, and permitted, and the report notes when one was not performed. Inspections are visual and non-invasive, with no lift and no disassembly. Market analysis is not a formal appraisal. An inspection does not find every possible problem and is not a guarantee of the vehicle.

- When am I charged?
- You pay after the inspection is completed, which may be before the report is delivered. Nothing is charged at booking.
- What if the vehicle sells before you arrive?
- If it sells before we arrive and cannot be inspected, there is no charge.
- When will I receive my report?
- Reports are emailed between 4 and 6 PM Mountain Time on inspection day. We do not offer expedited reports, preliminary findings, or updates during the inspection.
- What vehicles do you inspect?
- We inspect vehicles at dealerships across Denver Metro. We do not inspect private-seller vehicles or Teslas.
- Can I attend the inspection?
- No. Customers cannot attend. We coordinate arrival and vehicle access with the dealership.
- What does the inspection include?
- A 100-point graded visual inspection, a dealer-level diagnostic scan of supported systems, 50+ photos, repair estimates where possible, market analysis, and a written summary. We do not use a lift or disassemble the vehicle. We road test when it is safe, legal, and permitted, and the report documents when we did not.
- What if the dealership denies access?
- We cannot inspect without access to the vehicle. If access is refused, call us at (303) 800-7204 to discuss next steps.
- Do you offer emissions testing or VIN inspections?
- No. We do not offer emissions testing, state safety inspections, VIN verifications, or title, lien, or ownership checks.
- Can I ask questions after I receive my report?
- Yes. Reply to the report email and our team will answer in writing.
